The solution is to involve a trusted outsider with knowledge of the law and rules of company governance,  and trained and skilled in conflict resolution, to assist everyone in reaching a mutually acceptable solution.

 

The facilitators available through Boardroom Resolve are all accredited mediators with specialst knowledge in resolving conflict between shareholders and directors.
